Helping our communities grow
In Mosaic’s phosphate business, we believe it’s important to give back to the communities where we operate. That’s why we encourage our employees to give of their time and talent in support of local organizations and groups working to help our communities grow. In 2020, about $6 million of The Mosaic Company’s total company-wide investment in local communities was directed to Florida; supporting a wide range of community initiatives, employee volunteer opportunities and other community investment activities related to food, water and local initiatives.
