Kelly Strong, Vice President, Operations, Phosphate – North America, at the Annual Southeast U.S. Mine Safety Health Conference with our three Mosaic honorees – David Smedley, Willie Anderson and Steve Hall.

There are no better examples of “safety starts with me” than three of our Florida employees – Willie Anderson, Steve Hall and David Smedley. They were recently recognized at the Annual Southeast U.S. Mine Safety Health Conference for working more than 40 years without a recordable injury.

Willie Anderson is a Production Supervisor at our Four Corners facility. In his 46 years of service, he knows that working safely takes a team effort – with all levels of the organization working together to make sure everyone gets home safely.

Steve Hall is an Assistant Float Plant Supervisor at our Four Corners facility. During his 47 years in the industry, he has learned the importance of making sure safety is everyone’s top priority and looking out for yourself and your colleagues.

David Smedley is an Area Coordinator at our South Fort Meade facility. He has worked in the industry for 45 years and says paying attention to your surroundings and looking out for each other is what keeps people safe.

Join us in sharing our congratulations – and thanks – to Willie, Steve and David for leading by example and reminding us about the importance of working safely.
