There are 14 new graduates of Mosaic’s apprenticeship program; all who will have new opportunities to continue growing their careers while providing expertise and the advanced skills needed in Mosaic’s Phosphate operation in Florida.

“Programs like this one that help our employees develop new skills will become even more important as we look ahead to implementing new technologies and re-imagining how we work,” said Kerrie Campbell, Vice President, Human Resources – Phosphates. “This provides new opportunities for existing talent, and it will also attract and benefit future talent.”

A total of 247 apprentices (150 General Maintenance Mechanics and 97 E/I/A Technicians) have completed the program since it began in 2008 and have gone on to build successful careers with Mosaic.
