Mosaic’s Rubright named ‘Young Engineer of the Year’

Ashley Rubright was recently recognized as the American Institute of Chemical Engineers Central Florida Section’s Young Engineer of the Year.

Ashley joined Mosaic in 2015 after graduating from the University of Florida with her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. She worked as a process engineer and as a utility engineer before accepting her current position as Phosphoric Acid Production Engineer at the Riverview plant.

In addition to successfully implementing a new water reporting process and completing front-end-engineering work to reduce fresh water usage, Ashley now leads a team that identifies and implements projects to improve production.
