Several of our colleagues helped spread holiday cheer at Gibsonton Elementary today at the Mosaic-sponsored “Holiday Give Away” event benefitting all students and their families.
In the morning, they helped pack up close to 700 bags filled with roast beef and all the fixings for a holiday meal including stuffing, mashed potatoes and more, and then distributed the holiday food bags during school dismissal.
The Holiday Give Away event started a decade ago and since, with our partnership with Feeding Tampa Bay and The Greater Brandon Kiwanis Club, 47,000 pounds of food and more than 34,000 food bags have been delivered to assist our neighbors in need over the holiday seasons.
